| Introduction | Hi, I'm Katrina, first time blogger. I decided to start a blog when I joined the Daring Bakers so that i can post my challenges. I'm Canadian born but living in the beautiful island of Barbados. I love to bake and work with sugar and chocolate. I have been baking from the time I was a little girl and decided I would attend Culinary Arts College, that really opened all types of opportunities to work in pastry. After about a two years of working in pastry in different restaurants in Barbados I decided that I would open my own pastry and dessert shop. |
