Introduction My biggest food critics are my children, who think every meal is an episode of TopChef. Luckily cooking is in my blood, and more often than not I do meet my critics expectations. I believe that in order to achieve a level of excellence one must move out of their comfort zone, and go the extra mile. Therefore I do try all recipes and styles of cooking which I do like to embellish with my own variations and creativity. It has been my experience that in order to cook one needs two major ingredients, passion and more importantly love. These I ensure are used amply in my dishes. With encouragement and support from my friends and family I have decided to humbly share my adventures in the cooking arena with a wider audience. Stepping out of my comfort zone, and now am sharing it with you. Personally a glass of Burgundy, a Baguette, some fresh olives and of course Parmesan Reggiano. I love lazy Sunday brunches brioche, eggs, lazily sipping bloody Marys and of course good company. I hope you will enjoy this culinary journey with me.
Interests I love dreaming up my own recipes for dishes, and do enjoy cooking in a wide variety of culinary styles including French, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican and of course Indian.
