| Introduction | I am a Project Manager/Analyst for an IT firm in Dallas. I have been looking for a way to write about some of my brewing and cooking adventures that is not based on one of the typical social network platforms. I plan on writing regularly about some of the Ales that I brew, noting the processes and results. I no longer look for existing recipes from others, but I now create my own using the ingredients that I like/want. I also wanted a place to write about the food that I cook and grill, and occasionally about the food that I eat when I am out and about. |
