| Introduction | We want to change the perception of the Hostel World by bringing QUALITY AND SERVICE TO IT with a supreme GASTRONOMY, mostly done with organic and local products in order to give to the travellers also the important part of the culture that eating represents. In our little Salento´s hostel , REPUBLIKA DE ARTISTAS, we were carrying out a Gastronomic Festival, performing a 9 courses of New Age Colombian Traditional Cousine Breakfast , included in the 28.000 COP dormitory fare. It was was such a success, that we, Mihail and I, have decided to take the experience to other selected sort of "boutique" Hostels around Colombia,and South America in what we have named as Gastronomical CIRCUS. iN THE LAST 2 MONTH we were introducing a 10 course meal dinners every night except Sunday's at La Serrana, for 18.000 COP per person. Now in Santa Marta awaiting for a new chance to show our capabilities and concept. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN UPSCALE BACKPACKERS AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS HOSTEL EITHER IN PERU,ECUADOR,ARGENTINA, CHILE, URUGUAY, COSTA RICA, CURACAO, ARUBA, BAHAMAS, COLE TO THE SEA IF POSSIBLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL. |
