| Introduction | Hello Everybody, Welcome to my mini blog !! I'm Maneesha, a professional banker who has 8+ years of experience in branch banking. Even I'm into banking I have a passion in HR and I thought of dive into HR by starting my ANDHRM (Advanced National Diploma in Human Resource Management) in 2021 & HNDHRM (Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management) in 2023. In 2024 my MBA journey with ESOFT made the path again into HR & this blog is a result of it. After going through struggles of building this blog from the bottom, I decided to give people a chance to express their ideas related to this blog, who cannot live with their passion in HR on daily basis & doing something else as profession.
