| Introduction | I cook on instinct. I will follow the menu exactly the first time. The next time, I use my own imagination and skills. I rarely plan an exact meal. Instead, I just pull a variety of ingredients out of cabinets, bowls and the refrigerator and make something up. I have no formal training, but my wife and others say that I have a knack for putting together some awesome meals. Influences- Emeril, Rosie, Jamie, Tyler, Wilda and many others. But mainly-My Mother who has created so many gastronmical delights for so many years and inspired me to try to do the same! I love you Mom. |
