| Introduction | I started life in a very difficult place. Childhood was scary, painful, confusing, and sometimes dangerous. Adulthood wasn’t always much better. With the help of a lot of good people, my own determination and a lot of curiosity about life, I pulled myself step by step out of my past until now, I can honestly say I have a pretty darned good life and have had for a long time. Sometimes it's pretty rough, but with the more I learn and seek out, the better it gets. Currently my main influences are Jungian psychology, Neuroscience, and Buddhist philosophy and practice. |
