| Introduction | We've agreed to go on a work exchange to Tuscany. We're exchanging four hours of work a day for room and board on a vineyard/winery/farm. We'll be in Tuscany for the entire month of October, the grapes should be harvested and we'll be helping make wine and then help with the olive harvest and olive oil pressing. Ray is excited to see me (Veronica) actually do some labor, and I do not consider making wine to be "labor". We'll see what the other chores are, but I've been a girl scout leader/cub scout leader and can "rough it" with the best of them...well as long as there's a clean bathroom and other essentials nearby. |
