| Introduction | I have been involved in the field of forensic science since 1986. During my career, I served as a Forensic Chemist (trace, serology, controlled substances) and a Forensic Supervisor. I served as President of the Northeastern Association of Forensic Scientists and Sub-Committee Chair for the F.B.I.'s Technical Working Group for Material's Analysis (TWGMAT). I also serve as an adjunct professor at the University of Maine at Augusta, teaching introductory and advanced forensic chemistry and biology courses. I hold professional certification, diplomate status, in the American Board of Criminalistics. In 2001, I formed Foren-Tech (formally Christopher Montagna and Associates) as an opportunity to serve justice by offering training in the area of forensic science and criminal investigation. |
