| Introduction | Hello everyone! I am Yugina. There are not enough words which can explain my undying love for food and more than that cooking food. I feel good food is all about a good balance of ingredients. Tasting your food is the key to making good food. Healthy food is anything that is cooked fresh at home. I got the cooking bug from my grandmother and mother who are always after our life to eat and then eat some more. Growing up, my Nani (grandmother) often said "Beta teen paranthe se kya hota hai.
