| Introduction | I was born Febraury 1, thus the monicker FebJuan. A few years from now, "life begins" will start to either surprise or scare me. I would hate to be another John Travolta - fab at 20 but flabby at 40. Now at 30xoxo, this is to chronicle my attempt to age gracefully - fit, fabulous and fun filled, rather than allowing myself to be consumed by the 5 signs of unglamorous defeat: 1.) a beer belly, 2.) sagging and wrinkled skin, 3.) receding hairline / white hair, 4.) personal uncertainty, and 5.) a no 'happy ever after' - yes, I mean romance and lovelife - it can happen for adults too. For most genexers like myself, this is to set my stage that we can all grow and love our age rather than just sit down and reminisce how far our memories can backtrack the ol' good times. Let's all bloom forward. Just watch me. |
