Introduction	I've walked a mile in many different shoes. The most important lesson I've learned on this journey is that my own small choices can make not only my life, but the whole world better. I'm blogging to constantly remind myself that seemingly insignificant small daily choices have a big impact over time. Since August 2010, my diet is gluten-free, low-sugar, minimal-grain, organic and as local as possible. Eating and living more consciously has caused my health and complete outlook on life to be forever altered. My hopes are that some of the Small Choices I share can help make a Better World for you, your loved ones and your community.
