| Introduction | I suspect I was born to an Amish woman in northern Michigan. I believe she stumbled into the ER, gave birth to me, and then went home with the wrong baby. I was integrated into an industrial and technological society and deep within my soul, I know that this is not my home. It takes and unprecedented amount of effort and concentration on my part to make sense of anything on the computer. I must exercise the greatest self restraint or I would stomp my computer and all of its accessories into the dirt like Godzilla leveling Tokyo. I accidentally made myself a blog, but despite a Herculean effort, I cannot manage to leave any comments on my friends' blogs. I know they wait in agitated anticipation for my feedback, since it is valued above gold. That might be an unfair statement, as the gold market has been experiencing a record value increase; however silver and copper are doing reasonably well, so I can safely compare my valued opinion to them. It is possible, before I have published the great American novel, that I may despair over the technological state of my home and abandon it for the fertile fields of my Amish homeland. |
