Introduction	Born and raised in the Midwest, I live in the suburbs of Chicago with my husband, Mr. K and my mutt Indy. When I'm not busy working, I'm traveling with my husband, reading my Kindle, or creating havoc in the kitchen. I started this blog as a way to chronicle my adventures throughout the Midwest and keep things interesting on those lonely nights away from home.
