| Introduction | Prior to joining Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., Ari Mann managed the purchasing division for a men’s apparel company where he focused on importing men’s apparel from Italy and China. Since joining Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., as a broker/consultant, Ari Mann has represented firms in the fields of investment & trading, advertising, entertainment, and fashion. His clients include: Necessary Objects, J.A.P., Liberty House, Toqueville Asset Management, Masterpiece Jewelry LLC, and New York Digital and Color LLC. In December 2006, Ari was awarded Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc.’s prestigious Broker of the Year award. This was attributed to his completion of the largest square footage deal for 2006 for the women’s clothing company Necessary Objects. As a real estate consultant and broker, Ari Mann’s primary responsibilities include Tenant Representation, specializing in lease negotiation and analysis. Ari Mann received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Touro College. |
