About me

Gender Male
Occupation Writer and driver of oxen
Location Edmonton, Kentucky, United States
Introduction My father was in the Army, I served just short of 22 years in the Army, most of it in Special Forces, then used the G. I. Bill to go to UW-LaCrosse and UW-Madison studying History. I have taught and worked in museums since. Finally deciding to do what I wanted, living history, large animals and writing, I came to Kentucky where my wife, Maria and I have a small, subsistence farm in a hollow near the Tennessee border. Our focus is working animals (mostly oxen but also four horses) and her textiles.
