| Introduction | Ms. Krishnaveni Putrevu founded Sri Kalamandir in 2004. She has trained in the Classical Odissi Style of Padmashree Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra and Guru Deba Prasad, under the tutelage of Guru Nabakishore Mishra. She is a graduate of Indian Classical Dance from the Lalit Kala Academy in Allahabad, India. Ms. Putrevu has performed widely and has received critical acclaim for her award winning performances across India, the USA and many other countries. She resides in Irving, Texas with her husband and two children. |
