Introduction	i am a certified pre and post natal yoga teacher on a first time journey through motherhood. i want to share my experience candidly, hoping i can provide an open space to others to share, learn and laugh! as a prenatal yoga teacher i am hoping to use this blog to spread the nurturing practice of yoga with out limitation! i have an amazing husband, hank, who i owe my fullness of life to, two amazing dogs who have been my children up until now and of course, my vivacious daughter lillian.i believe in being open to all possibility, taking each day as it comes and enjoying the beauty in everything- even when it might not be beautiful on the outside. life is full of challenges, and as long as i have my family, i know i can take them all on. much love.
