| Introduction | Phil has been involved in the supply of software and services, primarily to the Public Sector, for the past 35 years. He is perhaps best known as Managing Director of Radius Computer Services until 2004, when Radius was acquired by Civica. Following the acquisition, Phil worked as a Director for Civica for a couple of years before leaving to form his own company Systemsolve Consultancy Services (see link below), providing a variety of interim management and consultancy services to authorities and suppliers in the UK Public Sector.
