Introduction	I'm Mick, a 32 year old guy from Melbourne, Australia. I'm taking the road less travelled to find the ultimate healthy lifestyle so I can live longer, have more energy and look great! The start of this blog is a recollection of the last year of my turnaround in health, from being an overweight, 20%+ body-fat, borderline type-2 diabetic, to being slim, strong and healthy.
