Introduction	I have been teaching for 17 years. During this time I have taught kindergarten, first, second and sixth grades. As of last year, I stepped out of the classroom and became the Instructional Specialist for the building I have called home for the last 12 years. In this role I am a teacher resource and co-teacher, an interventionist, a literacy coach and wear many other hats thrown my way. I absolutely love my job and can't imagine working in any other field.
