| Introduction | My 1987 study of 'Virginia Woolf and the Problem of the Subject: Feminine Writing in the Major Novels' was reissued by Edinburgh University Press in 2010. I am now working on a study of her writing in the light of the later work of Jacques Lacan. Until recently, I was Professor of Modern Literary Studies at Bolton University. This blog is designed to encourage discussion of Woolf and modernism around my recently published edited collection 'Virginia Woolf and December 1910: Studies in Rhetoric and Context' (Illuminati Books). |
