I think flexibility is more important, mostly because I'm not sure what is meant by expandability. But if it means what I think, then if you're flexible in life, you leave open the possibility for expandability...expanding your mind, your options and your horizons. Also, with flexibility, you leave yourself humbly open to God's will in your life.
