| Introduction | I live in a world where society expects us to be a certain way. You're treated better if you're prettier, skinnier, taller; if you live up to the expectations of the world. But I believe I am not a child of the world, but a child of God. I'm not perfect. Sometimes I'm too loud, too 'huggy', too immature, too quiet, too trusting, too submissive, too stubborn. But I don't claim to be perfect. I claim to be me: a woman forever seeking God's own heart. I may not know who I am, what my purpose is in the world, knowing through all my time on the Earth that I will never fully understand. But in God's perfect timing, it will all come together, and I will become who I'm supposed to be, forever proclaiming to be a child of God.
