| Introduction | Rand is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and Dartmouth College where he graduated with a BA in Computer Science, was captain of the varsity tennis team and member of the Casque & Gauntlet Senior Honor Society. Rand spent 3 years with IBM before entering into real estate with Trammell Crow Company. He co-founded InSite Realty Partners, a commercial real estate investment company and served as Sr. Managing Director for Studley, Inc., a national tenant representation firm based in New York.
