Introduction	With my husband I live on 20 acres, in an old farm house - built 1906. We have had cattle, sheep, goats, pigs in the past but are now dedicated vegetarians - too much death. I was taught to sew, knit, crochet, embroider by my mother and my grandmother. Spinning and dyeing wool was a passion for many years, and 2 of my daughters enjoy working with raw fleece. I feel that I am a technician rather than an artist, and rely on others for inspiration, but the more I do the more relaxed I am becoming with colours, patterns and designs. The results are not always wonderful, but they are mine.
Interests	cooking - asian, mediterranian, simple and wholesome; gardening - vegetables; croquet - playing, coaching and refereeing; sewing of many styles; loving and nurturing my family and friends.
