Introduction	Peter Minshall is a former Royal Marine and Naval Officer with a post graduate MA in Community Engagement. He has been a Scottish charity worker and volunteer in various roles for thirty years and now, semi-retired, is helping in the care sector. He promotes the idea that Society should be energised to aspire beyond prejudice. Rather than talking the talk, Peter swam across the Gulf of Corryvreckan in 2012 to raise awareness of disabled veterans. He is author of Whispering Children, a book written from a veterans perspective, which deals with harmony between nations, seen through the eyes of children, in terms of social despair.
