| Introduction | JSE Consulting LLC was created to assist Collision Center Owners, Managers and their repair technicians with improvement in operations by examining current processes and fine tuning them. By utilizing my 35 years of Automotive Collision Repair Management experience I prefer assisting customers through modification of their processes rather than presenting a canned management process that involves changing their entire operation. By implementing small "progressive" modifications to their processes and instructing them on how to visualize the need to improve their procedures I allow them to grow within their business model. I accomplish this through education, facilitation and implementation of sound marketing, management and sales processes at a reasonable expense for maximum benefit. |
