Introduction	Here is a blog with my amma and MY recipes. Amma is a homemaker with loads of interest in cooking.Her talent outside our home has come out during FOOD FEST held at M.O.P.Vaishnav College For Women. Amma has won 1st place in Chef In You - Homemakers event out of 160 participants.Shes been as a Guest faculty for School of Food Science, M.O.P.Vaishnav College to teach Traditional Sweets.I have decided her recipes must not be restricted to the four walls of my home. So here are gonna be the delicious recipes of Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi Kopparthy. Am Pravallika.. A Food Technologist by Profession..I choose to take up Food Tech bcoz of the love I have towards cooking, cooking something innovative tasty and nutritous..This gene towards cooking has got into me from my mom who loves cooking and is just an awesome.. I have graduated with Masters in Food Tech & completed MBA in Agri Business and Management. Naa Kitchen Kahaani is a story of my Kitchen that i have started after my marriage with Rajesh (who loves food and my sensory evaluator). The recipes I share over here are from my own kitchen experiements and also from my Amma.. Happy Cooking !!
