Introduction	I developed a gluten allergy about three years ago. I developed various allergy symptoms and could not figure out what I was allergic to. I went to multiple allergy doctors and after performing a series of expensive tests, they were not able to help me. I finally decided to just eliminate various foods from my diet: soy, dairy, wheat etc. Much to my surprise, because I had always eaten a lot of whole grain wheat products, I found out that I had a developed a gluten allergy. Now I avoid all wheat, oat and barley products. I decided to write this blog to share my experiences with other people in San Diego who also live gluten free.
