| Introduction | From a very early stage of my life, languages have formed an inseparable part of me. I wanted to express myself by means of a language, but after a while I had to admit to myself, and it was a rather painful confession, that I've been living in a world, where I cannot define myself by means of one single language. For self-expression I have needed much more than that and painting gives me this 'more'. It does not matter which tool you use, writing, music, painting or any other. The essential is to find the truth and yourself in it. Painting is an old and new friend of mine who allows me to be the explorer, the explored and the observer simultaneously. |
