Introduction	I am a 54 year old woman dealing with a rare form of pancreatic cancer called neuroendocrine tumors, also known as islet cell carcinoma. The cancer has invaded the body and tail of my pancreas with metastisis to my liver, lungs and spleen. I started this blog because some people see me as the lady with cancer. Cancer has become part of my life but it does not define me. Thus the title. God has been gracious to me so far. Life is beautiful. I rejoice in it daily.
