Introduction	I like food. As cliche as that might be, my life has centered, in one way or another, around food. I believe that there are many of you out there that love food, but are trying to find your own path to gastronomic enlightnment. There are many paths to be followed, but this is mine. I am endeavoring to start a business providing high quality cured meats, cheeses, wines and grocery products for people to be inspired by.
