| Introduction | I am a graduate of Kean University, where I earned a degree in elementary education, I served as director of the Rainbow Academy in Iselin for six years. I am truly commited and dedicated to early childhood education and to creating a place where parents are given peace of mind, which was the perfect fit for Rainbow Academy’s family of childcare centers. I believe that ongoing communication with parents is very important and introduced “The Peek of the Week” sheet, which allows parents to review their children’s weekly educational plans. Now, all Rainbow Academy Child Care Centers offer these “peeks” to parents. I am pleased that parents readily acknowledge and appreciate the educational value the centers consistently provide. This is why I try to always be available for parents to “Ask (me) Bernadette” any question they have about Rainbow Academy, their children’s health, educational development and safety and security - at both home and school. |
