Introduction	I am a 51 year old married woman with one child, age 8. I live with my husband and our son in Western Pennsylvania. I was diagnosed with Follicular NHL in 2011. My education was in Social Work (MSW) and I worked for 19 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker doing psychotherapy with all age groups. I’ve been a Stay-at-Home Mom since 2005 when we adopted our son, who was a toddler at the time. I recently began working part-time at a local greenhouse/nursery/florist. One of my loves is gardening - I don't feel like I am spinning so much when I work with plants. Another love is writing, so this blog helps me with balance.
