She has a B.S. in Psychology, which has been invaluable in the past 20 years she's spent leading people, programs and organizational change in the IT industry. Sarah's been a helpdesk representative, system administrator, project management consultant and e-commerce manager. She's spoken at industry conferences on diverse topics like project management and paperless initiatives for global air transportation. After maintaining a Project Management Professional certification for ten years, she chose to let it expire. She's currently the senior manager of a Program Management Office for a $350M IT program and is leading the 800+ IT department and its business partners through an Agile tranformation initiative.
