Introduction	We met through the Folk Dance program at BYU. Over the course of a few semesters a great friendship emerged. Then SPAC 2006 (Spring Performing Arts Company) began and the fire was lit. After long walks by the Provo River, midnight excursions to Burgers Supreme, and motorcycle rides up the canyon, we decided that dating would be a lot of fun. We were right! That summer, we went on a road trip to California with some friends. On Megan's birthday (which was also the day before a trip to “The Price Is Right”) I told her that as my present, I was going to win a trip and take her on it. I ended up winning the Showcase Showdown and was able to fulfill my promise with a trip to Thailand! We were married on a rare beautiful and sunny winter day (30 December 2006) in Portland, Oregon. I graduated from BYU in December 2007 in Political Science then proceeded to take a job as the Director of Advancement for the Hale Center Foundation for the Arts and Education. Megan will graduate Summer 2009 in Dance. We just bought a 109 year-old house in Provo, UT, and are absolutely loving getting to know our happy, funny, beautiful, gassy baby girl - Matilda Rose Murphy (as if you couldn't tell).
