Introduction	Pastor Phil is a 2003 Graduate of Trinity Baptist Bible College in Arlington TX, which is under the auspices of the Trinity Baptist Church pastored by Dr. Bob W. Smith. In April of 2006 he assumed the pastorate of the Salem Baptist Church in Cincinnati OH, which is without apology a friendly, old fashioned, independent, fundamental, separated, soul-winning, King James Bible believing BAPTIST church. He has been happily married to his high school sweetheart since 1998 and has two children.
