| Introduction | I am the mother of a soon to be 3 year old vibrant, sassy, intelligent little boy and wife to one of the most supportive husbands and the greatest fathers I know. I have struggled all my adult life with my weight and have lost a considerable amount of weight numerous times only to have it return with full vengeance. Since having my son I have struggled with low energy, depression, anxiety and am now realizing how much my weight and health play a factor in all this. Moving forward though with a positive attitude I am motivated to take care of me, break the cycle, and find the energy to nurture myself and my family in a healthy way. This involves cooking cleaner, eating out less, planning ahead, and trying to be more creative. So this little Chubby Mommy will be spending more time in the kitchen...and that's ok ;) |
