Introduction Hi, my name is Jason. Sometimes I write for myself, and sometimes I write hoping to provoke thought and discussion from others. I am a Christian, husband, father, seminary student (RTS Orlando), counselor intern (Oviedo Counseling Clinic), and private Spanish teacher. Before moving to Orlando for seminary, I taught high school Spanish in Macon, GA. I come to Orlando by way of Moultrie, Milledgeville, and Macon, GA. My wife and I got married in May, 2009. We had out first son in November, 2011. I am thankful for both of them.
Interests "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose." ― Jim Elliot, The Journals of Jim Elliot “To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket, safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable.” ― C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves
