| Introduction | I write for children and adults. My work for children has been published in HIGHLIGHTS, HIGHLIGHTS HIGH FIVE, HUNGER MOUNTAIN, Y.A.R.N., SKIPPING STONES, WEE ONES and STORIES FOR CHILDREN. Two poems are forthcoming in an anthology for Patch for Peace. I am a member of SCBWI and its Tokyo chapter. For this blog, I write about and take pictures of the things we see, use, and do in our daily life in Japan. Big Sister and Little Brother used to go to Japanese public schools. Big Sister is now in college in the States and Little Brother is in a private high school here. Baba and Aunt live downstairs. Even though Papa is busy, busy, busy, he checks the blog every day. He checks my Japanese spelling. I used to teach English and reading in the United States, Malaysia, and Japan. I also studied in France. ****By the way, I screen all comments.
