Introduction	i decided i should write down and otherwise document everything i can about my just-married, uprooted, and completely fun new life before i forget it all. i'm learning as i go, and maybe i'll run into a few people who'll teach me more and want to share stories and experiences. so here are the cooking, brewing, and exploring adventures of an irish lass and her italian husband in the Wild West. two histories combine and head on down that forever road. it could only be fun.
