Introduction	I am a Canine Behaviourist, a dog trainer and also a qualified teacher. I love working with people and dogs and my best moments are when I see an owner suddenly "Get it". This is when they understand how to best communicate with their dog, and they know how long it is likely to take for their dog to understand what it is the owner is asking it to do, and have the patience to give their dog the time to work it out. Dogs experience their world in a completely different way than we humans, and a big part of my role is to help the owners to understand this and to manage their expectations about what it means to live with an animal that is not human. Dogs are amazing creatures and it is a pleasure and a privilege to work with them every day.
Interests	Everything dogs! I have an Autistic son and together we have trained our family pet dog to become an Emotional Support Dog. As a teacher I am fascinated by how dogs learn and experience their world. I also love walking, the gym and socialising with humans and dogs as much as possible!
