| Introduction | Practice Leader of Learning Solutions at APMGroup, a Thailand-based HR/OD consultancy (January 2010 to present). Responsible for strategic client accounts, HR/OD initiative design, and learning program quality. As Practice Leader at St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates (2003 - 2009) I led the organizational learning practice with annual revenue from $400,000 - $600,000. I developed customized training programs, delivered training workshops, and managed OD contractors. As president and owner of Pinnacle Learning, Inc.(1998 to 2003) where I facilitated client meetings to respond to key business needs, and taught interpersonal skill training programs.
