Introduction	I am 42, recently divorced, mom of 2 teenage boys, and work as a crisis worker in a women's emergency shelter. Much of the last few years of my life have been about healing and moving forward. I have gained so much insight, strength and appreciation for my life, my family, my work and my friends.
