Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.

I do not collect scarves. Actually, one of my favorite book characters dresses in blouses, pants, skirts and scarves regularly. She always dresses nicely, but her clothes are never tight and always modest though she is slender. I've recently considered dressing that way. It's different and bright and striking and pretty. I really should begin dressing that way.
