| Introduction | There are few things more exciting and fulfilling to me than being part of the development and fullfillment of individuals, teams and organizations. I love watching a team unify, a couple reconcile, and individuals come to great realizations about themselves and the life they were meant to live. We all need to be deeply listened to and understood; we all need dignity and a sense of value; we need to embrace who we are and the gift we are meant to be to those around us; and to maintain balance in our lives that frees us to live out the purposes designed for us. This blog gives me a forum for unique expression, and opportunity to toss a few provocative questions at you for all of our growth. I have worked with leaders for over 20 years.
