Introduction	I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer in May. I have now had two modified radical neck dissections to remove cancerous lymph nodes (metases) and a total thyroidectomy. My RAI 133 treatment was done in October. Cancer doesn't define who I am but this diagnosis has led me to chronicle my experiences here as a way to update friends and family. So who am I? I'm a Christian trying to learn more about the Bible. I am a stay at home mom. However, I also have to find time to keep the books for my husband's company and I hate it. I am a procrastinator- big time. I love to scrapbook, but don't get near enough time. I wish I were more creative because I love stuff like that. I'd love to write, but who has time with a 1 year old and a 4 year old? I've recently developed an interest in certain conspiracy theories and they scare me.

Favorite movies	Moll Flanders, Pulp Fiction, Terms of Endearment, Anchorman, Happy Gilmore, Kung Pow
Favorite music	all kinds of stuff except not a fan of Country unless it's from the 80's. I don't like most Rap either unless it's ghetto and from the 80's or early 90's. Red Hot Chili Peppers before around 2002 are my favorite
Favorite books	I love Larry McMurtry books and Stephen King, other than that it's kind of eclectic.
