Introduction Phil is a professional chef with more than 30 years experience cooking all types of cuisine. He was trained at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Although now retired from the restaurant business he counts beans instead of cooking them and is an accountant with a major property and casualty insurer. Malinda always wanted to be a chef and coming from an Italian family cooking runs deep in her veins. She has always had an interest in gardening from when she was a young child and helped maintain the family garden. Together they have a passion for entertaining family and friends with their home made and home grown delights.
