| Introduction | I began my CrossFit career in July 2008. I am a Level 1 instructor & I am certified in Movement and Mobility, Olympic Lifting, & Endurance. I graduated from St. Pius X High School in 2000 and received my B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University in December 2004 and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Houston in May 2009. I have been involved in competitive activity since I can remember and specialized in Football and Track in High School. I love coaching, teaching, and introducing new people to CrossFit and have been actively involved with developing the Bayou City CrossFit brand since its inception. P.S.
